This beautiful piece would have been made in the late 1890's,early 1900's.
It has an intricate hand cut,not machine pressed,filligree in shapes,flowers and scrolls,typical of that era,close inspection shows handcutting with imperfections.
Natural aged patina,in unrestored condition,shows signs of age which add to its charm.
In addition it is jeweled with 6 rough cast glass nuggets in various colours.
